The newly forming Litchfield Area Public Access Commission (LAPAC) is seeking interested individuals to serve on its planning and management board. The mission of the LAPAC is to provide all citizens, civic organizations, government agencies and nonprofits with a media gateway and the means of communicating content of public interest, via local cable TV and/or the internet along with sustaining the involvement of individuals within the Litchfield area community.
